The Council Service Center is located on the north side of Columbus, about one mile east of the I-71/Hwy 161 interchange on Dublin-Granville Rd. Use Tamarack Rd. and go east on the south Dublin-Granville Rd. service road.

The Chillicothe Service Center is located west of Highway 23 on East Main Street. The office is just east of a Bob Evans restaurant.
