Participants completing all the requirements of a Trainer Course will be recognized as a Leave No Trace Trainer. Courses are held out doors, require one night of camping, and student presentations. Students should possess good camping skills and working knowledge of the Principles of Leave No Trace Outdoor Ethics.

The March and September courses are backpacking treks. June course offers Frontcountry (‘car camping’) or backpacking option. All courses begin at 10:00 AM Saturday and conclude by 4:00 PM Sunday.
